Warranty Policy

Athletic Treads Footwear, Inc. (“Athletic Treads”) stands behind the quality of its products. The following Limited Warranty sets forth the terms under which Athletic Treads will provide remedy in the event of a covered manufacturing defect.

Warranty Coverage

Athletic Treads provides a 30-day Limited Warranty beginning on the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty applies solely to defects in materials and workmanship and is limited to the remedies expressly stated below.

Covered conditions may include, without limitation:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly
• Stitching failure or adhesive separation occurring under normal wear
• Hardware malfunctions affecting functional components such as eyelets, D-rings, clips, or metallic accents

Submitting a Warranty Claim

Online Purchases

Customers who purchased directly from the Athletic Treads official website must submit a claim via email to hello@athletictreads.com and include the following:

• Order number
• Description of the claimed defect
• Photographs clearly showing the issue

Upon receipt of the foregoing documentation, Athletic Treads will review the claim and determine eligibility. If the product is deemed to contain a manufacturing defect covered under this Limited Warranty, Athletic Treads will, at its sole discretion: replace the product with the same model (subject to availability), or issue store credit in an amount equal to the original purchase price if replacement is unavailable

In-Store Purchases

For products purchased from an Athletic Treads retail location, claims must be submitted in person at any of our retail stores. The original purchase receipt is required for verification and processing.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Limited Warranty, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any action or proceeding arising out of, relating to, or seeking enforcement of this Limited Warranty shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and the purchaser hereby irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waives any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens.
