At Athletic Treads, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
Online Purchases
Free Return Shipping is available for U.S. shipments on orders with a subtotal over $50, calculated before taxes and after discounts.
If your purchase does not qualify for free return shipping, you may either ship the item(s) back using your preferred courier, or request a prepaid return label from us. In this case, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Online Return Policy
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Products shipped with security tags must have the tag fully intact. Items returned without the tag, or with a damaged tag, may not qualify for a refund.
- Shipping costs incurred during the original order or during a return are non-refundable.
- All return approval or denial decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
- Returns and exchanges for online orders must be processed through our Returns & Exchanges Portal or completed in person at any of our store locations. If returning or exchanging in-store, please have your order number available.

- A valid receipt is required for all in-store returns or exchanges.
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
