Free Standard Shipping

Athletic Treads offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts) shipped within eligible destinations.
Orders of $50 or less will incur standard shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

Athletic Treads currently ships to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods & Expedited Shipping

During checkout, you may choose from available shipping options, including expedited shipping, where applicable. Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout to help you select the option that best suits your needs.
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
  • Certain items may be ineligible for expedited shipping due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions.
  • Expedited shipping is not available for shipments outside the continental United States.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders received on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of Athletic Treads’ control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, peak shipping periods, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Athletic Treads is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Athletic Treads is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. Athletic Treads will assist, when possible, in initiating carrier claims.

This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
